Since Connor has had his cough, he has ended up missing a game (it looks wrong when your kid is running down the field coughing on everyone). He still has his cough, although it's not as bad as it was a week ago so we have continued the games. He seems to be getting it a little more...he's trying to kick the ball more, and actually achieving that. He loves to play goalie, and defender - although it seems like he thinks that he doesn't have to do anything when he plays those positions.
If you look at the picture closely though, that is usually what Connor is doing...not really going after the ball looking the wrong way. I try not to get frustrated over it and focus on that he's 4 and having fun.
Before his last game though, his Grandma competed in Dragon Boat Races out at Lake Las Vegas, so we went to watch those first before the game.
