Last Stop... Seattle!

My friend Misti got married in July so instead of getting round trip tickets to see her wedding we ended up flying strait there from Dublin.  We made a stop in JFK, and unfortunately Connor lost his backpack in a play area.  The only thing of value was his journal that he had been writing in, which made me pretty sad too.  We got to Seattle, rented a car and went back with our friends to their house in Issaquah.  It was nice to see Josh and Lluvia and their two girls.  We enjoyed Misti's wedding as well.  It was a fabulous family vacation with low stress if you can believe it.

Dublin

Our last stop was Dublin.  I kept it low key since I knew we had a lot of traveling to do beforehand.  I wanted to go to Blarney castle, but I'm glad I didn't book it since the kids probably wouldn't have liked to do another bus tour.  Instead we did some sight seeing around Dublin, and went to a park with a playground several times.  We were even able to meet up with an old friend while we were there, who now works in Dublin.  Overall, Dublin was a very low key stop on the last part of our tour.
